What is Individual Mental Performance Coaching?
One-on-one sessions for athletes who want to perform closer to their potential under pressure. We’ll build the mental skills that carry over from practice into competition, and every session is shaped around what you want to work on.
Mental performance coaching is training, not therapy. I’m a Certified Mental Performance Consultant® (CMPC), not a licensed mental health provider. If something comes up in our work that needs clinical support, I’ll tell you, and I’ll help you find the right person for it.
The nerves show up right before the moment that matters, not before practice.
One mistake turns into three, and the rest of the game gets away from them.
They look like a different athlete in games than they do at practice.
Confidence is there until it isn’t, and there’s no telling when it’ll go.
They’ve started talking about quitting a sport they used to love.
If any of that sounds familiar, this is what individual coaching is for. We start with what’s actually showing up for your athlete, not a generic curriculum, and build the specific skills that hold up when it counts.
